Type specimen: UM 104807, a mandible (right dentary with m1-2). Its type locality is South Pass (Gardnerbuttean), which is in a Bridgerian fluvial-lacustrine shale/carbonate in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal omnivore

Distribution: found only at South Pass (Gardnerbuttean)
