Type specimen: 41HIII0111, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Yankan village, which is in a Maastrichtian fluvial-lacustrine siltstone in the Qiupa Formation of China.
Ecology: arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at Yankan village
