Sister taxon: Juraperla daohugouensis

Type specimen: CNU-GRY-NN2009006, an exoskeleton (complete body with 4 wings outstretched). Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2009 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Daohugou (CNU 2009 collection)
