Taxonomy
Dibolia adroveri was named by Rümke (1985) [Type publication gives no indication of storagelocation of type specimen.]. It is not extant. Its type specimen is LA 131, a mandible (Fragment mandible sin. with p4-m3).
It was recombined as Archaeodesmana adroveri by Hutterer (1995), Martín-Suárez et al. (2001).
