Tersomius texensis
Taxonomy
Tersomius texensis was named by Case (1910). Its type specimen is AMNH 4719, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is South of Fulda, 19 (Belle Plains), which is in an Artinskian terrestrial claystone/limestone in the Petrolia Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Tersomius.
