Cyclonema (Cyclonemina) infrequens was named by Perner (1907) [Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lodenice, which is in a Homerian carbonate limestone in the Motol Formation of the Czech Republic.
It was recombined as Cyclonema infrequens by Wagner (2023).
