Taxonomy
Threavia gulosa was named by Lamont (1946). It is not extant. Its type locality is Cliff section before the right-angled bend in the Lady Burn, northwest of Dailly, which is in a Rawtheyan carbonate mudstone in the Lady Burn Formation of the United Kingdom.
