Spirina brilonensis
Taxonomy
Spirina brilonensis was named by Kayser (1889). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grube Grottenberg, near Brilon, which is in a Givetian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal grainstone/wackestone in the Brilon Massenkalk Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Spirina.
