Proneotherium repenningi

Taxonomy
Proneotherium repenningi was named by Kohno et al. (1995). Its type specimen is USNM 205334, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Iron Mountain Bed, which is in a Burdigalian marine sandstone in the Astoria Formation of Oregon. It is the type species of Proneotherium.
