P. Jung 1971Of medium to large size. Protoconch smooth, with about 11/2 convex whorls. Postnuclear whorls four, strongly convex. Suture distinct. Spire whorls sculptured by five beaded spirals. The uppermost two spirals are separated from the lower three spirals by a wider interspace. Body whorl sculptured by seven beaded spirals. Periphery rounded. Base evenly convex, with about ten finely beaded spirals. Umbilicus imperforate. Outer lip thin, everted, strongly prosocline. Callus on inner lip thin.
