Postosuchus kirkpatricki

Taxonomy
Postosuchus kirkpatricki was named by Chatterjee (1985). It is not extant. Its type specimen is TTU P 9000, a partial skeleton (skull and partial postcrania). Its type locality is Miller's Ranch Quarry, which is in a Norian floodplain mudstone/sandstone in the Cooper Canyon Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Postosuchus.
