Cheilophis huerfanoensis
Taxonomy
Cheilophis huerfanoensis was named by Gilmore (1938). Its type specimen is AMNH 5195, a set of vertebrae (About 157 anterior and posterior thoracic vertebrae and numerous rib fragments), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Two miles north of Gardner, which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Huerfano Formation of Colorado.
