Dunnophis microechinis
Taxonomy
Dunnophis microechinis was named by Hecht (1959). Its type specimen is AMNH 3830 (complete mid-thoracic vertebra) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hyopsodus Hill, which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Bridger Formation of Wyoming.
