Liaotherium gracile
Taxonomy
Liaotherium gracile was named by Zhou et al. (1991). Its type specimen is GMC V2006, a mandible (left dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fangshen, Lingyuan, which is in a Jurassic terrestrial mudstone/sandstone in the Jiulongshan Formation of China. It is the type species of Liaotherium.
