Baryonyx walkeri
Taxonomy
Baryonyx walkeri was named by Charig and Milner (1986). Its type specimen is BMNH R9951, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Smokejacks Brickworks, which is in a Barremian pond claystone/siltstone in the Weald Clay Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Baryonyx.
