Eosiren imenti
Taxonomy
Eosiren imenti was named by Domning et al. (1994). Its type specimen is CGM 40210, a skull (skull, mandible and 4 ribs), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quarry O, southeast of, which is in a Rupelian fluvial horizon in the Jebel Qatrani Formation of Egypt.
