Ardetosaurus viator
Taxonomy
Ardetosaurus viator was named by van der Linden et al. (2024). Its type specimen is MAB011899, a partial skeleton (Postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Howe-Stephens Quarry, which is in a Kimmeridgian fine channel fill sandstone/mudstone in the Morrison Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Ardetosaurus.
