Palaeosinopa nunavutensis
Taxonomy
Palaeosinopa nunavutensis was named by Eberle and McKenna (2002). Its type specimen is CMN 30810, a tooth (Rm2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ellesmere Island (Lower), which is in a Wasatchian deltaic horizon in the Margaret Formation of Canada.
