Caieiria allocaudata

Taxonomy
Caieiria allocaudata was named by Silva Junior et al. (2022). Its type specimen is MCT 1719-R, a set of vertebrae (10 anterior to middle caudal vertebrae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Price Quarry 1 (Caieira quarry), which is in a Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone in the Serra da Galga Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Caieiria.
