Menucocelsior arriagadai
Taxonomy
Menucocelsior arriagadai was named by Rolando et al. (2022). Its type specimen is MPCN-PV-798, a set of postcrania, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cerro Matadero, Arriagada Farm, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian estuary/bay sandstone/mudstone in the Allen Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Menucocelsior.
