Rolfodon landinii
Taxonomy
Chlamydoselachus landinii was named by Carillo-Briceño et al. (2014). Its type specimen is PPP-3455-T-1, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Playa de Oro, which is in a Serravallian/Tortonian shallow subtidal sandstone in the Angostura Formation of Ecuador.
It was recombined as Rolfodon landinii by Cappetta et al. (2019).
