Dromaeosauriformipes rarus
Taxonomy
Dromaeosauriformipes rarus was named by Kim et al. (2018). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Trackway 1 on Chinju National University of Education (CUE) specimen CUE JI-2E Dr001, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Korea Natural Monument No. 534 tracksite, which is in an Albian terrestrial horizon in the Jinju Formation of South Korea. It is the type species of Dromaeosauriformipes.
