Lasalichthys otischalkensis
Taxonomy
Lasalichthys otischalkensis was named by Gibson (2018). Its type specimen is NMMNH P-44698, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Schaeffer Fish Quarry, Otis Chalk, which is in a Carnian/Norian fluvial-lacustrine siltstone in the Colorado City Formation of Texas.
