Konieckicrinus brechinensis
Taxonomy
Konieckicrinus brechinensis was named by Wright et al. (2019) [UMMP = University of Michigan Museum of Paleontology]. Its type specimen is UMMP 74778, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Carden Quarry, Bobcaygeon-Verulam contact zone, which is in a Katian shallow subtidal wackestone/siltstone in the Bobcaygeon-Verulam Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Konieckicrinus.
