Chasicotherium rothi
Taxonomy
Chasicotherium rothi was named by Cabrera and Kraglievich (1931). Its type specimen is MLP 26-XI-20-1, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Arroyo Chasicó, which is in a Chasicoan floodplain sandstone in the Arroyo Chasicó Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Chasicotherium.
