Kaijutitan maui
Taxonomy
Kaijutitan maui was named by Filippi et al. (2019). Its type specimen is MAU-Pv-CM-522, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cañadón Mistringa, which is in a Coniacian floodplain mudstone in the Sierra Barrosa Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Kaijutitan.
