---|---|---|
V. R. Alifanov and S. V. Saveliev 2015 | All metacarpals relatively large and massive. Metacarpals I presumably about 75% as long as metacarpals II. Metacarpals III similar in width and length to metacarpals II. Proximal phalanx of digits II of manus slightly shorter than preungual phalanx of digits I. Phalanges of digits III relatively wide. Zygapophyses of caudal vertebrae high and separated from dorsal edge of centrum by relatively deep incisure, which absent only in most terminal caudal vertebrae. Postzygapophyses relatively long. In integumentary cover, scales of tubercular type prevailing. Scales of scutellar type developed on palmar side of manus and tail, at least in terminal tail part, some crescentic in shape. Crescentic scales tightly connected to each other without trace of overlap, but with formation of transitional zone. |
