(2012); to Sphenodontidae by Cocude-Michel (1963), Carroll (1988), Reynoso (2000), Apesteguía and Novas (2003), Apesteguia et al. (2012); to Opisthodontia by Cau et al. (2014); and to Saphaeosaurinae by Benton (1985), Herrera-Flores et al. (2018).
