Inabaperca taniurai
Taxonomy
Inabaperca taniurai was named by Yabumoto and Uyeno (2000). Its type specimen is TRPM 664-0185, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Miyanoshita, which is in a Miocene marine horizon in the Iwami Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Inabaperca.
