Chororatherium roobii
Taxonomy
Chororatherium roobii was named by Boisserie et al. (2003). Its type specimen is CHO-BT 68, a tooth (partial right upper unerupted molar), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Beticha, which is in a MN 9 marine conglomerate in the Chorora Formation of Ethiopia. It is the type species of Chororatherium.
