Onychoplecia obesa
Taxonomy
Onychoplecia obesa was named by Cooper (1956). Its type specimen is USNM 117090b, a valve, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is ¼ to ⅛ mile east-northeast of the railroad cut, 2.5 miles southwest of Marion, which is in a Whiterockian carbonate limestone in the Row Park Limestone Formation of Pennsylvannia.
