Taxonomy
Paraonychoplecia inversa was named by Percival (1991). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is L137. Quondong, Bowan Park, which is in an Eastonian offshore shelf limestone in the Daylesford Limestone Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Paraonychoplecia.
