Merialus martinae
Taxonomy
Merialus martinae was named by Russell and Godinot (1988). Its type specimen is UM/PAT 11, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Palette, which is in a Ypresian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in France. It is the type species of Merialus.
