Rhodopagus minimus
Taxonomy
Caenolophus minimus was named by Matthew and Granger (1925). Its type specimen is AMNH 20310, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ula Usu, Shara Murum (AMNH), which is in an Eocene terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Shara Murum Formation of China.
It was recombined as Rhodopagus minimus by Radinsky (1965), Lucas and Schoch (1981).
