Olsenia mira
Taxonomy
Olsenia mira was named by Matthew and Granger (1925). Its type specimen is AMNH 20303, a limb element (Astragalus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ula Usu, Shara Murum (AMNH), which is in an Eocene terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Shara Murum Formation of China. It is the type species of Olsenia.
