Archaeoryctes wangi
Taxonomy
Archaeoryctes wangi was named by Missiaen et al. (2013). Its type specimen is IBCAS QS003, a mandible (Left and right dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zhongjialaowu, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China.
