Nerthebrochus sulcata
Taxonomy
Nerthebrochus sulcata was named by Simon (2005). Its type specimen is NHMM GK 1287, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Slenaken-Kerkdel (62C-15), which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate chalk in the Gulpen Formation of the Netherlands.
