Woutersophis novus
Taxonomy
Woutersophis novus was named by Rage (1980). Its type specimen is MNHN CBL 1, a set of vertebrae (a single mid-trunk vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Van Pachtenbeke sandpit, which is in a Lutetian coastal sandstone in the Brussel Formation of Belgium.

Prézygapophyses comprimées, formant une lame sous la facette articulaire. |
