Blanus thomaskelleri
Taxonomy
Blanus thomaskelleri was named by Cernansky et al. (2015). Its type specimen is PAL EV 2013/271, a mandible (incomplete right dentary lacking the anterior portion), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Amöneburg, which is in a MN 2 lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Wiesbaden Formation of Germany.
