Cyclospira diversa was named by Reed (1917) [Cyclospira ? diversa
= 1883. Rhynchonella portlockiana, Davidson (pars), Mon. Brit. Foss. Brack., vol. v, Silur. Suppl., p. 159, pl. x, fig. 13 (non figs. 12, 14).
Non 1868. Rhynchonella portlockiana Davidson, op. cit., vol. iii, pt. vii, p. 189, pi. xxiv, figs. 23-25.]. It is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Protozyga diversa by Reed (1917), Williams (1962), Mitchell (1977); it was recombined as Manespira diversa by Candela and Harper (2014).
