Trionyx shiluutulensis
Taxonomy
Trionyx shiluutulensis was named by Danilov et al. (2014). Its type specimen is MPC 25/166 (HMNS 97-21-56), a carapace (Carapace), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shiluut Ula [HMNS-GIN], which is in a Campanian/Campanian fluvial mudstone/sandstone in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia.
