Taxonomy
Turgaiscapha kushmurunica was named by Averianov (2002). It is not extant. Its type specimen is ZISP PH 137. Its type locality is Priozernyi quarry, Kushmurun, which is in a Campanian coastal siltstone in the Eginsai Formation of Kazakhstan.
It was considered a nomen dubium by Hirayama (2006).
