Quetecsaurus rusconii
Taxonomy
Quetecsaurus rusconii was named by González Riga and Ortiz David (2014). Its type specimen is UNCUYO-LD-300, a partial skeleton (Postorbital, teeth, vertebrae and forelimb), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cañada del Pichanal, which is in a Turonian/Turonian wet floodplain mudstone in the Cerro Lisandro Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Quetecsaurus.
