Brasilotitan nemophagus
Taxonomy
Brasilotitan nemophagus was named by Machado et al. (2013). Its type specimen is MPM 125R, a partial skeleton (Right dentary, 2 cervical & 3 sacral vertebrae, fragments of an ilium & ischium & 1 ungual), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Raposo Tavares state road (SP-270), km 571, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.
