Dissacus shanghoensis
Taxonomy
Dissacus shanghoensis was named by Chow et al. (1973). Its type specimen is IVPP V4232 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Linnania type, Nanxiong, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial mudstone in the Shanghu Formation of China. It is the type species of Dissacusium.
It was recombined as Dissacusium shanghoensis by Chow et al. (1977).
