Nolfia riachuelensis
Taxonomy
Nolfia riachuelensis was named by De Figueiredo (2009). Its type specimen is Pz. UERJ 110, a partial skeleton (incomplete fish lacking most of the skull), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Rosario do Catete, which is in an Albian marine shale in the Riachuelo Formation of Brazil.
