Pantomimus leari
Taxonomy
Pantomimus leari was named by Van Valen (1967). Its type specimen is AMNH 35300, a maxilla (Left maxilla fragment), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Upper Lebo Loc. 25, which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial horizon in the "Fort Union" (= Lebo) Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Pantomimus.
