Boreopelta vavilovi
Taxonomy
Boreopelta vavilovi was named by Shishkin (1985). It is not extant. Its type specimen is PIN 4115/1, a partial skull. Its type locality is Karya-khos-Teryutekh river, which is in an Olenekian terrestrial horizon in the Teryutekh Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Boreopelta.
