Taxonomy
Nuculoma tsvetkoviensis was named by Kurushin (1985). Its type specimen is IGiG 753/51, a valve (left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tsvetkov Cape, outcrop 2, layer 27, eastern Taimyr, which is in an Illyrian marine siliciclastic in the Morzhov Formation of the Russian Federation.
