Eucytherura is a genus. It is extant.

It was assigned to Podocopida by Sepkoski (2002); to Cytheropterinae by Ceolin et al. (2015); to Cytherurinae by Babinot and Colin (2011), Forel (2017); and to Cytheruridae by Ceolin et al. (2024).

Synonyms

Movschovitschia was named by Kozur (1971) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr m Sepkoski's reference number: ZR85].

It was reranked as Lophodentina (Movschovitschia) by Kozur and Bolz (1971); it was synonymized subjectively with Eucytherura by Forel (2017).

It was assigned to Lophodentina by Kozur and Bolz (1971); to Glorianellidae by Crasquin-Soleau and Teherani (1995); and to Palaeocopida by Sepkoski (2002).
